一、作業(yè)前的準(zhǔn)備

1、 Preparation before homework

1.內(nèi)燃機部分，按通用操作規(guī)程的有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

1. The internal combustion engine shall be operated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the general operating procedures.

2.詳細(xì)了解施工路段的拌和深度、寬度、添加劑量以及其他有關(guān)施工技術(shù)要求。

2. Gain a detailed understanding of the mixing depth, width, dosage, and other relevant construction technical requirements for the construction section.

3.履帶式拌和機按履帶式機械的規(guī)定進(jìn)行常規(guī)檢查與準(zhǔn)備。輪胎式拌和機應(yīng)檢查輪胎是否完好，氣壓是否符合規(guī)定要求。

3. The crawler mixer shall undergo routine inspection and preparation according to the regulations for crawler machinery. The tire mixer should check whether the tires are intact and whether the air pressure meets the specified requirements.

4.檢查拌和機的連接部位有無松動情況。

6.啟動發(fā)動機，使轉(zhuǎn)子空轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)行動態(tài)觀察。

7.拌和作業(yè)時，先將轉(zhuǎn)子提起，離開地面空轉(zhuǎn)，再慢慢下降到拌和深度后進(jìn)行拌和作業(yè)。

7. When mixing, first lift the rotor and let it idle off the ground, then slowly lower it to the mixing depth before starting the mixing operation.

8.在拌和過程中，不能急轉(zhuǎn)彎或原地轉(zhuǎn)向，遇到底層有障礙物時，應(yīng)及時提出轉(zhuǎn)子，并進(jìn)行檢查和處理。

During the mixing process, it is not allowed to make sharp turns or turn in place. When encountering obstacles at the bottom, the rotor should be promptly removed and inspected and handled.

9.嚴(yán)禁使用倒檔進(jìn)行拌和作業(yè)。

14.作業(yè)時要隨時檢查掌握拌和深度是否達(dá)到規(guī)定深度，拌和質(zhì)量是否達(dá)到規(guī)定要求。

15.作業(yè)中，操作人員要經(jīng)常觀察各儀表工作是否正常，機械有無異響，發(fā)現(xiàn)故障，應(yīng)及時停機檢查。
